2026 Lawn Pass includes (1) ticket to the general admission lawn for participating concerts and events at the Zoo Amphitheatre for the 2026 season. During the presale period, access special pricing before events are announced for the 2026 season.

The 2026 Zoo Amphitheatre Lawn Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Subject to Prekindle’s full terms of use. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WITH YOUR PHOTO ID ON EACH EVENT DAY TO RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY TICKET.
For each Lawn Pass you’ve purchased, you will be asked to provide the associated Pass Holder’s name as it appears on their ID and contact information before payment.
The Pass Holder must be present and the Pass Holder name must match the photo ID presented at the box office to receive entry into events.
Lock-in accessible accommodations for the season or let us know on a show by show basis via email.
If Email and Phone Number are not provided, you may miss out on important event updates (like weather and date changes) as well as unique perks and opportunities exclusive to our Lawn Pass holders!
If a Lawn Pass is going to a child, you may prefer to put the order under the legal guardian’s name and contact information for pick up and updates. We accept school IDs but a legal guardians contact information works as well.
If this Lawn Pass is a gift and you are uncertain of specific information, do your best and reach out to the venue via email after the purchase is complete. Once a Lawn Pass has been assigned to an individual, it is non-transferable.
If you’ve bought yourself multiple Lawn Passes for the ability to invite guests along with you, please repeat your name on each pass so you can collect all tickets at the box office.
You cannot change the Pass Holder name once the information is finalized. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The venue maintains the right to refuse entry into the venue.
